My name is Nadine. I am in my early 50's and recently went to the doctor. She told me that I had a cholesterol level of 328 and was pre-diabetic. I was told I could either go on medications or change my eating and exercise habits. So I decided for the change of eating and exercise routine. I really don't want to get dependent on medications.
That is what this blog is about-learning about good food choices, finding out the nutritional value of everything and hopefully learn how to enjoy it. This includes exercise and finding fun ways to exercise. Along the way I will share my favorite recipes, exercise, tips, websites and any hints people send me.
